Mark Gittelman is a retired ASE certified master technician and a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers. He earned an Associate of Applied Science degree in technical communication and writes for several well established car related websites. After graduating from the General Motors sponsored Automotive Service Educational Program Mark enjoyed a 30 year career providing outstanding service as an A rate line technician. He continues his education through training seminars and scouring trade publications to stay on top of emerging technologies.
